Fathom Voice

Fathom Voice essentially for business is a wise choice in VOIP options. The support staff is incredible at taking time out and really guiding their clients through the phone set up and use process and anything thereafter. The ease of use and the quality of the service is upstanding with adhering to the product's proclamation of quality and performance. It works well and is one of the best VOIP services I feel especially for those doing business with many clients.

The one thing with Fathom Voice that I do not like at this point is that I can receive text messages from clients and other professionals but cannot send them. I have talked with Fathom Support about this but they have not resolved this issue as of yet. The other thing that I don't necessarily like is that when I am out and about I cannot return or make a call from my cell phone on my fathom voice number.

Fathom Voice is a nice VOIP phone service that has plenty of useful features. Its great for those familiar with VOIP services such as Vonage. Its easy to use once you get past the learning curve and if you find yourself at a loss at how to use it or set it up- Fathom has a fantastic customer support team very equipped to handle anything you may throw at them. Once you figure everything after the set-up and learn all of its features, it is cake! It works exactly how you would expect it to.
