There isn't any worst thing that i would like to talk about. In the beginning, there software used to crash alot. But once i reported to them, they took my complaint very seriously and updated their software. As an apology, they waved some % off my next purchase from their website. It was a nice experience but the first week really killed my customer's patience. Moreover, it took around another two weeks to regain my customer's trust.
