What was the best part about using faqtAgent?

The User Defined functions can be used by the users to know about some of the additional functionalities that are available in the software at the disposal of the user and they are also designed in such a way that they can be integrated with other tools to get a better result.

What would you change about your experience with faqtAgent?

There are certain times where the user feels that the customer support team does not have the complete information of certain products so the user has to wait online for the agent to return with an answer for you. This issue can be solved out if the team can post the important updates on the website so the users can go through them before calling.

FAQTAgent is a multi-channel web self service provides that provides the information about the project and they also help you in increasing the production in the project and they are well supported by a support team which is proactive and ready to help all the time on a live web chat.
