Yes. The system was designed from the ground up to meet the needs of cities and counties throughout the nation.

For example, some cities require alarm permits or registrations and some do not. The software will meet the needs of both. The fees for permits, permit renewals, and false alarm dispatches are easily modified by the by the user as are the time periods over which false alarms are counted. The system will allow for different classes of alarm sites such as residential and commercial and provides for different fees for each class, etc. (more)

FADMS is not for businesses. It is used by Police and Sheriff Departments to reduce the incidence of false security alarms. The system is cost effective for jurisdictions with a few as several hundred security alarm sites. (more)
