What was the best part about using EZBIS?

EZBIS combines front desk needs with medical billing capabilities. The software keeps track of the patients information with payment and insurance coverages. The software knows ID-9 and ID-10 coding and uses a conversion tool to interchange the codes. The program keeps track of insurance benefits and eligible requests. EZBIS is like having a very productive office worker by your side.

What would you change about your experience with EZBIS?

I like EZBIS for medical billing needs. However, I do feel this software is more geared toward medical billing and less accounting and office capabilities. Even though the software does handle front desk issues and stores patients information, I find other chiropractic software programs more in depth. On the other hand, the price is reasonable, and this program may be a perfect fit for certain chiropractic offices.

Overall Feedback

Overall, EZBIS is excellent for managing medical billing and insurance issues with integrated front desk help. The program specializes in chiropractic offices and specializes in medical coding to help bill patients insurances quickly. The program is continually updating and improved to meet consumers needs and desires. Even though the program focuses on billing, other parts of the software are helpful; for example, open item accounting, appointment scheduling, and automated SOAP notes are among the few of the other features.
