We offer updates for the software free of charge for customers with option annual service agreements. EZBIS customers without service agreements can purchase updates as they become available if they wish. We do not require EZBIS users to be on the latest version of the software. (more)

We have lot of training options when obtaining EZBIS software. This in the form of personal one-on-one web training sessions, pre-recorded webinars, training videos, reference manuals, a help desk team to answer any questions and a customer forum where you can browse for questions to common questions or post questions of your own and receive answers from our customer service team or from other EZBIS users.
