And the most efficient internal social tool possible and that's going to be a huge process and investment in time if you don't have a firm grasp of your company's needs and how to utilize the power under the hood prior to investing.

As much performance as there is out of the box which enables you to get going quickly there is incredible flexibility available as well so you can definitely continue developing eXo Platform ongoing into a finely streamlined, robust solution for your business. End users can do much internally within a single system like share files and links, status updates, create custom dashboards or wikis. The ability to interconnect teams, partners and customers whether remotely or with mobile access the productivity and efficiency possible by using eXo Platform are excellent but it's not an internal social tool you will use if you don't have a clear plan prior to implementing it, especially if the systems you are currently using are working.
