Staff is wonderful to work with. We were up and running within a matter of days! Very easy to use. Everything is stored in once location, history on our equipment, manuals, etc. Techs can locate everything through their smartphones. Easy to integrate my data. As an owner I love the reports and dashboards. Very affordable!!!

With everything in one centralized location it has improved our work environment safety!

The eWorkOrders system is very customizable. The support staff is great in getting the application to mimic your current workflow, instead of changing your workflow to meet the application requirements. Their report library is extensive. There's a good chance that you will find a report that meet your needs. If not, there will be one that just requires to think "laterally" to get what you want out of it. The support team is just plain EXCELLENT! They are responsive to an uncanny degree. Great service!

A better GUI (Graphic User Interface)will be great. But it's not an impediment. Some users will need some time adjusting to eWorkOrders nomenclature, but after using it for a short while, you will see they make more sense than the ones you've been using.

eWorkOrders maintenance management software has a simplistic user interface with a straightforward design where any user can learn how to navigate it quite easily. eWorkOrders like many other CMMS platforms allows scheduling preventative maintenance, track assets including computers, equipment, and more. The outcome of implementing such a CMMS depends on how good the company is using the software.

eWorkOrders has an outdated website design as well as a very simplistic and dated design of the software itself although the platform is easy to use and learn. Other users claim that eWorkOrders can be suitable for large facilities. eWorkOrders has a mobile friendly interface but they have no native mobile application for Android or iOS.

eWorkOrders software promises to increase customer satisfaction through service request process for customers, organizing assignment for the workforce. eWorkOrders has advanced features like the ability to suggest a vendor who is the best choice for a certain task as well as estimations. I would not recommend eWorkOrders for two reasons the lack of modern design and technology and the outdated feeling you get from the website.

I used eWorkOrders from 2010 thru 2015. I looked at many other systems before choosing eWorkOrders. It is the most flexible and customizable CMMS I have ever seen, and I've used several throughout my 40 year career in maintenance and facility management. Customer support is outstanding...very easy to deal with and PROMPT responses. The ability to use our own terminology throughout the system made it easy to transition to. The asset module makes it easy to track maintenance history and costs. And with hundreds of built in reports with multiple query fields, you can slice and dice your data just about any way you can imagine.

It's hard to come up with a "worst part", especially with 50 words to describe it. There really is no part of the system that I did not like. I guess one bad side effect was since it is accessible anywhere you have an internet connection, it's tempting to go "data mining" from home. Too much of that is not conducive to a good marital relationship. :)

I'll have to say the ethics of the people I dealt with was impeccable. Pricing is reasonable and competitive. Any time I called with a question I was able to talk with a REAL person that spoke English. eWorkOrders has an abundance of features, yet is easy to use. They are always adding new features and system enhancements.
