What was the best part about using eVetPractice.com?

The system is robust, always up, easy to use and support is great the few times we have used it over the past 3 plus years. Even when the power is off in our buildig we can still use eVetPractice on our remote devices do we are never down even when the power goes off. Even when Comcast went down in our area we used our cell phones are wifi hot spots and we just kept on trucking. Another major benefit is you do NOT need a network guru to set up your network - it is all done in the cloud for you. We have 16 terminals connected at any given time and they all work wonderfully. This software saves you time, money and hassels. In addition, I have two other practices that share the same data base so clients can go to any practice and we have all their information. What's not to like.

What would you change about your experience with eVetPractice.com?

The only problem we ever experience is the speed of the internet slowing us down, but for more money Comcast can always speed up service and we have.
