What was the best part about using Estimator?

They set it up with our pricing in just 2 days and was always there to answer any questions on the spot, it was seamless and only took very little of our time to get the information they needed. Also the 1 screen estimating blew us away as you could see the price changes each step of the way, and the default idea was great as it eliminated most of the setup work required in doing a new estimate.

What would you change about your experience with Estimator?

Getting the people in the shop to change to the new better faster and easier way to work, changing old habits are always a tough part but once they got it they loved its ease and simplicity of use. Some of the employees at first had trouble getting used to the new job-ticket but once it was explained they really seemed to quickly adapt.

Overall Feedback

In general it really helped our business as it was so fast we could have the estimate in the customers hands most times while they were still on the phone, and that was very impressive. That feature alone probably increased our business somewhere between 5 to 15%. Another great feature was the Press select that list the top 3 presses we had with the pricing so we could get the best configuration...

What was the best part about using Estimator?

As a multi decade Print Company owner and consultant I have looked at many systems. The focus of the Estimator software is to make a Printing Company more productive in the three most important aspects of their business. That is: 1. Get an order, 2. Produce an order and 3. Invoice and get paid for the order. The small learning curve combined with Estimator's install procedure and support gets you up and running within four or five days.

What would you change about your experience with Estimator?

The program is so accurate and consistent that a data entry error can be missed if the user is not careful.

The software default values ensure that pricing is accurate and consistent no matter who does a quote.

What was the best part about using Estimator?

Ease of installation and setting up with our pricing... it only tokk us about 30 minutes to give them all the information they needed and then the program was up and running like the next day... truly amazing

What would you change about your experience with Estimator?

We were concerned about the time it would take our personnel but even that was far simpler than we ever expected... However we did not understand how to change prices on our own and we needed them to give us another few webinars to understand it completely... their service was truly spectacular

The program was really much simpler to operate than we had expected and we were even able to train the telephone operator to do estimates when we were out of the office... we also loved the fact that we could give a real live estimate from out smart phone in the customers office and e-mail it to him while we were talking... really mind blowing...

Why is the owner and creator of the software writing his own review as being a customer. Glad to hear that you found providing to yourself as being "truly spectacular". You haven't changed a bit Mark, keep it up.. it's always "mind blowing" how you market yourself LOL
