On-boarding assistance is certainly available to help get all your Energy Data added to the platform. In cases where data is not added automatically we can add the data manually. We believe the key to a good product experience is a very easy on-boarding and setup process.
We offer on site training but most of our clients are happy to use our video tutorials.

Email & Telephone Support is available from both Europe, [Dublin GMT], and San Francisco[PST] Support to get your account fully setup and populated/snychronized with all your energy data is included in a subscription. Ongoing support is email only, with best effort of 24hr response. (more)
