Emex offer a Software as a Service model so support is offered as part of the annual license. 1st line support is normally handled by business administrators within the organisation who are trained by Emex at implementation and if they are unable to solve the issue they then contact Emex through the user portal. It really does depend on the size of the company and the breadth of the project. We have clients that have taken a couple of weeks to implement and others that have taken up to six weeks. Implementation is also a two way street and we can only move as fast as the client allows us to. (more)
