This was an internet marketing company which offered four services primarily including search engine optimization, social media marketing, pay per click management all of which I was interested in for our new ecommerce start up. This was a proven company along with the other several I was looking into as the best possible candidate for this position. I was interested to learn overall value, pricing, responsiveness, guarantee and SEO knowledge especially in regards to ecommerce. I like that the company has a solid rating in the BBB currently. There were four complaints that I recall but three of four were resolved and the fourth they attempted to do so but may not have heard back from the customer. As well as several SEO case studies available on their website which were quite transparent in terms of the results they gained for their clients. I loved seeing the much detail in case studies provided and it's generally not the case to get this much depth in them which I observed in my research into several dozen companies. They seem to be very results based as well which was great.

Other than the fact they had four complaints in the BBB which was nothing to be concerned about because things happen in business and issues arise usually to do with the expectations of the customer not being managed the best possible way during the presales phase of the sale. And the fact that they have closed or attempted to close out these issues is all I need to know about their integrity. Definitely not a factor in our final decision.

This company had a lot going for it in terms of their presales strategy. I reached out initially and got a quick response from Jeremy but somehow his email got lost in the shuffle so I responded to him a bit later than I would have liked. Though he was persistent enough to reach back out. Their SEO Woorank using the Google Chrome extension was at sixty four when I checked which was a bit lower than the average of seventy five I noticed when doing this research. The low being thirty nine and the highest was ninety to give you an idea. I simply liked to see that a company selling search engine optimization is leading by example. And we ended up going in another direction as their pricing while competitive among North American based marketing providers, was beyond the scope of the current budget I have to work with especially when converting this into Canadian currency. But overall, this is a very solid company and clearly a leader in their field. I would definitely recommend getting ahold of them to learn if they are the best fit to help you grow your business.
