E-Church Essentials LLC is the owner of the online AssessME.org assessment platform. We provide churches with online assessments to assess their people for spiritual maturity, personality, leadership style, spiritual gifts filtered through personality, and organic skills tracking. We also provide a management interface that helps church leaders find the right persona for ANY ministry opportunity. We also provide a data export that may be imported into dozens of the top church management programs available. Finally, we have direct data integration with Church Community Builder (CCB), and in Spring of 2018, data integration also with Planning Center Online (PCO).

In short, we provide the sociologically verified human resource data church leaders require to make disciples, equip disciples, and then mobilize those disciples into effective ministry service. AssessME.org offers two distinct programs that may be used together or independently: 1) Our Volunteer Mobilization Program and 2) Our NextSteps Disciple-Making Program.

Our NextSteps Disciple-Making Program is 99% customizable. You can edit the question pools, the reports, and define your own equipping solutions within your Disciple Equipping Center for each stage of spiritual development.

Our Volunteer Mobilization Program deals with aspects of personality, as such, the only customization available would be to turn-on or off the Revelatory Gifts such as tongues. Otherwise, we are dealing with sociologically verified assessment data.
