Unfortunately, when it comes to taking screenshots using your computer, this is not really something that we would be able to help with. It may help you more if you were to click the Batch Report Icon next to any of your batches on the main Batch 2.0 screen. This will give you a much nicer view of your batch and you could utilize the {CTRL} + {P} function of your computer to print this screen. Thank you! (more)

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding these questions! When you are creating a batch using our Batch 2.0 feature, it asks you for a Batch Count and Batch Total. The batch count field on this first screen is what controls the number of line items that appear in your batch. If you were to enter 25 in this field, it would present you with 25 lines to enter data, with a vertical scrollbar to the right-hand side. The number of gifts you can enter at one time is entirely reliant on what you put into this field when creating your batch. As for your second question, unfortunately, when it comes to taking screenshots using your computer, this is not really something that we would be able to help with. It may help you more if you were to click the Batch Report Icon next to any of your batches on the main Batch 2.0 screen. This will give you a much nicer view of your batch and you could utilize the {CTRL} + {P} function of your computer to print this screen. Thank you! (more)
