DONATION is for churches, charities and non-profits, usually small to mid-sized ones. It will certainly work for ones that are just starting up. But if by "start-ups" you are referring to other types of businesses, then no, it's not intended for that (and seems like an odd question, given the description we gave of the program). (more)

No. All versions of our programs are installed Windows programs. Given that what you will do most of the time with the software is data entry, it really doesn't make much sense to use it on a phone! The closest we come to a web app is an upcoming version, called the Web Network Version, where the software is still installed on your computer(s), but your data lives (securely) in the cloud. (more)
