Donarius is a well-designed and structured system for maintaining membership records for a non-profit society. When I had to move from Windows XP to 8.1, I was no longer able to use the Lotus suite (no longer supported) and had to do everything in Word and Excel - a very laborious process. Just to print a single mailing label used 2 files in Excel and another in Word - and - I had to build my own label-saver to print individual labels. To add a new member and prepare the welcome mailing letter and label could take 10-15 minutes in Word/Excel. I now get the updated membership status as a by-product of the fee entry, have the tax form constructed as a result of a donation entry, have all entries automatically listed for bank deposit and prepare the letter and label in one to two minutes. To top it all off, the customer support is better than anything I have ever encountered with a software purchase. And all this at a reasonable cost!

Extremely simple software, with built-in financial reports that were easy to change for the purpose the user intended. Having replaced a similar software that served us well for 15 years, this software hit the mark for ease and fulfilling what we needed for our congregation.

After using the software for 3 months, we have not found anything that proved to be a problem. In fact we have not called for help a single time, though we were assured it would be available! we did not need it!

We have been extremely happy that we chose this software. Due to its ease of use, we may add modules in the future, but at this time it fulfills all of our present needs.

I found the program easy to use and simple to manage. It has kept track of all our donation for the last three years with no problems or hitches. We did need an update this year when switched to windows ten and I had some trouble following what the new windows was doing with the update. The tech service was amazing and very helpful and fast with clear instructions to follow. This all happened over the weekend so getting any help was a very pleasant surprise.

I really have found the program to be super reliable and user friendly so have no worst parts to complain about. The cost was very low for the product and add on units are priced as well very reasonably if you find that you need to track new kinds of donations. They are also super easy to install and add on.

Donarius has been a great program simplifying tracking donations for us and has kept track at the same time all our various funds and special offerings. We have used this program ow for three years with no problems and it is a joy at receipt time to simply let it do the work and not have to worry that something has been missed.

Donarius has a free-trial which can generate quarterly and year-end reports. This software has a feature of donation management, group management, member directory, member profiles, membership management, newsletter management, and pledge management. It is easy to set-up and you can add contributors as well. You can easily change your inputted contributions in case you have made a mistake. Its customer service is very responsive and excellent. Donarius can issue yearly tax receipts with each donation. Print bank deposits and a variety of customizable reports. You can also easily share data like web-based software without the monthly fee, using DropBox.

I think the worst part of Donarius software is, there are no separate fields for the first and last name of the contributors. It would be a good idea if it was separated to easily sort the labels in printing out and have some flexibility in this area. It cannot track the attendance of meetings and events which I think is important for the church records.

Donarius is made for a small to medium sized churches. I recommend it to all churches of all sizes. The software’s price is affordable and is necessary to all church operations. It helps to cut down the amount of time in recording everything on a spreadsheet and handwrite all the receipts. Donarius is very simple to use and easy to manage. As a new user and if you are using a free trial, you do not need to upgrade yet. But if you want to avail the new features added to this software, you can select the features you would like to avail and needless to say, it is not a requirement to purchase all the new features on its paid version. I recommend this application to the business, finance, and accounting related industries.

It is very simple to use. It seems the designers of this program knew exactly what features are required to manage donations at a Church and implemented them. One of the best features are monthly emails to those who donated that month with a detailed breakdown and YTD totals. It is flexible and simple to use. The other best part is the technical support. One call about a report that we needed and I was sent a file to add and run. It did the job exactly as I needed. All my other questions were promptly answered.

There is nothing bad about this package. It is easy to use with common sense processes. The support is amazing and fast. You simply cannot go wrong investing in this package. A possible future improvement is potentially some work on the user interface. However, this is not a major issue at all.

This is a great software package for an amazing price. The support is excellent, the program is easy to use and will certainly fulfil all your needs. I am the treasurer at our Church and was doing this in Excel prior to buying this package. Donarius simplified my life and made the entire management process very simple.
