I didn't see any worst moments in using this software, though maybe they can still make their software more responsive because at time it crashes in my computer devices. But apart from that I can't complain about the services they're giving to me. Yet, I also demand that they should lower their price a bit, anyways that's just a consumers suggestion.

If you use the software to the fullest I don't think of any possibility of failure.
