I've been using DiscoverOrg customers for over a year and I have had a good experience with them. We found it is useful coverage for our target market. It brings immediate knowledge of who you're calling and how your offer will fit to they're business. In my opinion it is terrific. I consider it is oriented mostly on larger and medium sized companies. I’m satisfied with contact information, it is generally accurate. On the other hand, Customer Support team is very helpful as well. They carry to training and quickly resolving the occasional issues. Investment in such good software really pays off. It saves my time, I can import directly. Until now, I had to exporting dozens of CSV spreadsheet. From this position I can tell, I won’t have such success if I haven’t DiscoverOrg. It is very helpful and easy for use. My team is very satisfied getting all data. DiscoverOrg provides great data that's well organized and up-to-date. DiscoverOrg is easy to work and offers so many great ideas.

I was very disappointed when I bumped into one difficulty. It won’t let me login Salesforce. I installed it to be thwarted at login but I’m not allowed continue unless I had a Discover.org login. There are no others drawbacks from my experience. Of course, every solution should be improved from time to time. One of them is mobile & tablet application but I'm sure they already work on it.

I highly recommend using DiscoverOrg! It can take some setup time but you work the way you want. After all, it is worth the effort. Price is also reasonable, especially in comparison to other similar solutions on market. My recommendation is making pro and con list so everyone can find out if it meets his requirements. Anyway, it will certainly solve at least some of issues.
