I am more than a little disappointed so having trouble finding a positive note to include here.

The worst parts were customer service, communication and the lack of data/features we needed to effectively use the tool.

We initially signed up for an annual contract in 2015 and liked the product but were not blown away. We attempted to cancel at the end of our contract in December 2016 but were informed of an auto-renew clause (that we were never informed about) that kicked in and they would not let us cancel even though we attempted to do so before or actual renewal date. I informed them we would not move forward if they kept the auto renew clause in the contract moving forward. After negotiating on price we decided to remain a customer for 2016. We attempted again to cancel in December 2016 and they again said we were forced into an auto-renewal for 2017 even though I let them know on multiple occasions we were not ok being in an auto renewal agreement. They did not send any communication regarding the renewal. The auto-renewal language is not listed in the actual document we signed. And they even raised our pricing without notification or consent We are paid in full through 2016 and they are trying to send the balance of 2017 to collections. In my opinion this is a terrible way to do business. The product is not as robust as we were hoping and they are attempting to hold us hostage.
