DialogTech (formerly Ifbyphone)

What I really like about DialogTech (formerly ifbyphone) is its features. It includes call attribution, call scoring, contextual call routing, call management, and automated voice notifications. Almost everything you need is there. I would also say that it is versatile enough to take care of most other jobs although it is significantly less expensive compared to other call tracking software.

What I do not like about DialogTech (formerly ifbyphone) is its integration with an already existing system. It can become tedious because it requires gets and posts using a servo. It would be a lot easier to use other call tracking software because of their automatic connection to WCF services.

Overall, DialogTech (formerly ifbyphone) is one of the best calling platforms in the market. It is an affordable and exceptionally effective communication system for companies and self-employed. With its abundant useful features, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for new ways to improve their customers experience and increase their bottom-line.
