DialogTech (formerly Ifbyphone)

We mostly use it in tracking phone calls for managing online display campaigns. It’s a great call tracking solution and it provides you many features and a lot of useful data. Also, it gives us the convenience to find what specific keywords and advertisements are those which gives us high call volume.

Sometimes I would prefer to have a more analytic report, although the one provided is very comprehensive. Also, in case of a workload, I noticed that we faced some call communication difficulties but this is rarely happening. However, I believe that this is great and very useful tool for the marketing department.

This software helps us change some of our marketing strategies and make improvements. We started using it when it was Ifbyphone and we still doing it. It is very easy to set up it and the customer service is always there for you. Also, it is great that integrates with Google Analytics.
