DialogTech (formerly Ifbyphone) is really a good software for call tracking. It is absolutely a leader worldwide. It is very attractive and have good features therefore all over the world companies are preferring this software and recommending it to others too. Agencies have this software almost 95% I have observed and all are admiring the roll of DialogTech (formerly Ifbyphone).

As well as I observed DialogTech (formerly Ifbyphone) is good for agencies as they can track calls and nothing was bad in it. The thing is ethics as for consumer product companies it can be ethically bad that they are having such software for tracking calls of the customers, customer may not like this ethically for privacy reasons. This is the only thing that sucks.

DialogTech (formerly Ifbyphone) is having a good reputation because of its extraordinary functioning. I highly recommend this to the agencies as reliable and trustworthy software they can adopt it for further call tracking. But not all of the companies because consumer deny it ethically to record their calls for future assessment because of privacy reasons. It is good and helpful for agencies.
