DialogueTech has helped us reach our conversion goals. We rely heavily on phone leads to reach these goals, and DialogueTech has helped us track phone leads back to the right marketing sources. We're able to track online conversations and figure out what is driving success overall in these conversations, which allows us to optimize our methods and marketing strategies for maximum efficiency and profit. DialogueTech is one of the only systems that seems to offer optimized split test integration. We were also impressed with their GA integration and API options. Their customer service was excellent. We had a few glitches along the way but they were helpful and courteous and we soon resolved the issues to our satisfaction. The pricing is good for the quality we're getting. We don't have a huge budget for these services, so this is a major selling point for us.

It would be nice if they had additional pricing options to cater to different budgets better, but overall it's worth the money. There were a few minor bugs here and there, but nothing that would deter me from recommending it to someone else. Their customer service was very good so if you do run into a problem they will fix it promptly.

DialogueTech has helped reach our full potential in our digital and traditional campaigns. We've increased our ability to nail phone leads and thus our profits have improved in a noticeable way. And just as important, it's improved the customer experience that we can offer. We were able to stay within our budget while still getting enough services to manage our requirements. This system is worth at least a trial run to see if it's the right fit for you and your company's needs.
