As much of our success is tied to phone calls, we appreciate it a lot that the service is easy to use and the voice recording feature works well. The Customer service was extremely helpful during the set up process and initial training. The setup turned out to be easy and the implementation was extremely simple. Pricing was also fair, especially compared to other leading companies in the market.

The overall interface does its job from the functional point of view, but it could probably get an updated look as it's somewhat boring. It could be more interesting and attractive. Also i can mark pricing as a bad part because i prefer free software. But most complaints i have about interface.
