Dialog Insight releases once to twice a year new functionalities to meet market evolutions and to optimize customer experience. There is no extra cost to access the updated version but only activation costs for specific functionalities. (more)

Here are the supported browsers:
- Internet Explorer Versions 9, 10 and 11.
- Chrome & Firefox: Since these browsers are often updated, it is important to always use the most recent version.
- Safari Version 7 (on Mac only).

Yes, the application display, support and documentation are available in English and French.
Also, you can choose among the following selection for the communication languages of your projects: English, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, German. Other language can be added upon request.
