Our experience gives us the wisdom to know which approach will work in which environment. We turn down work that we believe we are not suited to deliver. This has been the case where we lack the industry-specific knowledge we feel necessary to do a good job, or we lack the level of expertise required to work within a client's particular product stack. Our apologies for the late response. We received notice of this post just this morning (March 4, 2017). Darwin IT Strategies focuses on automating businesses. For example, in an e-commerce scenario, we would automate the stock reorder and cash management functions for inventory management. What this means is: when someone orders a product from your website, we not only adjust the quantity available for order, we also check the quantity remaining in inventory. If the quantity in inventory falls below a pre-determined number, we automatically create purchase orders for the raw materials needed to create more product, allocate and lock the funds necessary to pay for those purchase orders from your cash management system, and notify the people necessary to approve or reject the purchase orders. When the purchase orders are approved by an authorized person, the system sends the purchase orders directly to your suppliers where possible.
