CXQUEST best part and pros is for me is their support team who was really eager to help on my queries and questions. They have been really responsive and they are really giving me adequate answers that I needed. The software platform is also user-friendly which makes it easy when navigating.

Since, I am still trying out this software, there is still nothing much to say on its worst part. Just that at first, I have trouble looking, directing my mouse on some features, and manipulating the software. But a few tweaks will do if you really want to learn the software.

I still give my full recommendation to the software who are looking for tools or a software like this. This is one of a kind, but still manageable to use. Best suited for small to middle –sized companies. Also, you can ask their service team who are really active to help you out.
