This toolwas designed to helps business organizations retain customers while optimizing marketing effectiveness as well as maximizing lifetime customer values. It is a powerful marketing automation solution that includes a host of functionalities such as campaign management, lead and customer nurturing as well as campaign and lead management amongst many others.

The Customer Lifecycle isn’t such a robust tool. If you are looking to make use of an effective automation platform for your marketing and campaign management, this may not be an appropriate tool for you. Organizations who engage in large marketing campaigns or brand management may find this platform inadequate.

It is deployed as a cloud tool, a SaaS solution or a web based platform. I didn’t consider using this tool since it doesn’t come with a free trial version. I always engage platforms that offer free trial versions because I will need to try out such tool before deciding to go live than just going bare at it. Business users won’t find this tool as a budget friendly one due to its monthly starting price which is on the high side.
