What I like most about Cumulus is the ability to organize, Find, Share any file, anywhere. Digital Asset Management Cumulus compatibility feature with all the different devices like laptop, mobile, apple phones, tablets makes it more valuable for us. and most importantly the smarter workflows and automation of this product is very helpful.

There is nothing much what I dislike about this as everything is in streamline and working well for me and my team. Its just that sometimes It is very confusing to use and many of the features don't seem to work until the time we have configured something elsewhere. Schema is generally is a confusion.

I happy to say this that Cumulus (Digital Asset Management) has made things very easy for the organisations. I have recommended Cumulus to many more and would continue to do so. Our Organisation has digital assets on large servers those do not search friendly. Cumulus has allowed our organisation to search and pull these assets in a fraction of seconds as earlier it used to take a long time and some was very frustrating as well. So we would like to thank you for this.

Cumulus is available on the web and its iOS mobile app is also available. Cumulus creates workflows to organize and deliver assets. Keyword search, custom queries, and dynamic filters have made Cumulus search feature powerful effective. It supports many file formats to upload and publish videos or images. I think these are few things which make the tool different from others.

Cumulus has its iOS application but it is not available on other mobile app stores like Android or Windows, I think they should launch apps for other platforms too. front-end UI of the software is very intuitive and easy to use but this is not the case for the backend. You need some training or have to pay extra attention to get familiar with the backend.

Cumulus by Canto is nice and continuous software. Its functions and website is also easy to use and easy to understand. It has solutions for many problems related to organizations all department. I have saved digital assets as in marketing where social media monitoring provides me with efficient information and insights of the organizations/competitors. Accounts department provides me with the expenses reporting. IT department tool gives me about contact relationship management.

Cumulus is the best way of organizing the assets through folder structure based on its size. Even it can be arranged based on the category it falls into which would be very simple in locating the asset. It completely takes care of entire process in preparing the catalogs and maintaining them with a watermarking.

Canto isn't helping much with its backend team and the application gives an impression to take care of big projects. Its update wasn't good enough and it even made the situation worse than before by bringing up few errors. I have personally gained a knowledge in using the application by continuously working on it.

Canto allows the user to store the assets through folder structure which is managed through stores. The user can create several stores for separate management of several assets based on their categories. With a perfect update and support from the backend team, the software would show a significant experience to the user in using them.

I believe the Cumulus remains a top brand in its category. It was designed to offer business users the capacity to organize, share and create their digital contents across any platform. The Cumulus requires no form of custom coding for it to be configured and it can be integrated with other well- known applications like the project info management system, web content management as well as the ERP systems. It comes with some amazing checklist features like the asset sharing feature, collaboration, keyword search feature, social sharing and the filtered search feature, to give a wonderful user experience.

The only issue I had with the tool at deployment was little experience with glitches when trying to download graphic images and some occasional bugs as well. However, I cannot in anyway fault the tool for the slight issue with download as it could be as a result of connection problem but at the initial stage, issues with bugs sufficed.

It is easy to use and very user friendly and it helps you keep your digital assets up to date to help you keep tack of every detail associated with collaboration and sharing information.
