You sure can. CROSStrax has a fully functional app for the iPhone (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/crosstrax-gps-tracking/id1118262524?mt=8) and Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.crosstrax.tracking&hl=en). The app allows for adding photos to cases taken from your phone, report entries, notes, etc. (more)
