What was the best part about using Critical Mention?

Before finding Critical Mention we were somewhat struggling with growing our media presence. However, thanks to the software’s real-time comprehensive monitoring which enables access to global TV, radio, online news, social media etc we were lucky enough to change everything for us. Besides very extensive media monitoring, the software comes with intelligent analytics tools which give you great understanding on your goals and success.

What would you change about your experience with Critical Mention?

Well, as with any software, I can’t go around the fact there are some seldom glitches or dysfunctions. Sometimes the clips for example are duplicated or simply the transcripts are sometimes with typos. Also, as the TV station captions are somewhat incomplete, you might miss your clip as it might not be in the caption and therefore the software won’t find it at all.

Overall Feedback

Critical Mention is simply tailored to find every piece of information about you in media – including TV and radio, which might be somewhat complicated with most softwares. Though there are some occasional mishaps like typos or simply not finding all because of the lacking TV captions, all-in-all it does a great job. Simply, be aware of some small dysfunctions.
