We have several features which are possible to customize. First, you are able to create an interactive script and share it with your agents. Second, you may add closing statuses (labels) to each call, this way your team always stays informed about outcomes of calls. (more)

Yes sure, you are able to access the Crazycall application using your smartphone. You will be able to navigate manager's panel, generate reports and other features. However, you won't be able to make calls, as it's only possible with your PC. Good news is that CrazyCall is currently working on a mobile application, which will be released soon. The mobile application will include all the features. (more)

I have an iPhone; am I able to use the software?

Our app is mobile friendly, so you'll be able to access it with your iPhone and navigate manager's panel. Currently, we're testing an app for Android and iOS which will allow making calls using the app directly from your mobile phone. Thus, for now, you can access a manager's panel but cannot make calls from a mobile device.
