Coolfront Mobile is a unique web-based application that operates effectively on virtually any device, be it Apple iOS, Android or Microsoft. This robust application helps service companies not only price their repairs but manage their daily activities and their businesses.
Coolfront Mobile maintains a database of more than 30,000 HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical repairs that is shared by all users of the App. The database is periodically downloaded to your device and is always up-to-date. Each repair includes parts costs (if applicable) based on typical market prices as well as typical labor times to complete the repair in minutes. Then Coolfront Mobile applies your specific labor rates and parts
markup factors to calculate your custom repair costs. It even maintains a sales tax profile that you set up based on the tax rates where you service your customers. The prices you quote are completely customized and based on your specific settings.
Coolfront Mobile works online (connected to our servers via the internet) or offline. If you are working offline then as soon as you reconnect all of your data is synchronized (updated) with our server.
With Coolfront Mobile you can: Generate work orders, add diagnostic fees, repairs, and maintenance agreements to work orders, create installation work orders for replacement of equipment, get customer approval and signature for each repair, issue an invoice for the work order, e-mail or print the invoice for the customer, and communicate the status of the service call with your office in “real time”
