Conversocial is without any hesitation the best social customer experience system out there. It manages all your channels, places data convienently into an easily manageable CRM system, flags key discussions and keeps everything organised. Just few minutes and you have a complete overview on your customer issues, needs and behavior, not to even mention it analyses data efficiently so it takes another worry off your shoulders. I truly find Conversocial to be the best when it comes to Social CS reporting!

For me the biggest flaw to Conversocial is it not being available as a mobile app. I am constantly on the go and it would be great to respond to customers right away, whereever I am. That kind a limits the usage of Conversocial. There are some minor things that I would like to have improved/added like it’s integration and reporting capabilities.

Conversocial is amazing program when it comes to collecting social data and analyzing it - everything is easily comprehensible, accessible and analyzed in minutes, or even seconds. The only flaw to the program is that it doesn't have a mobile app platform which would take it to the next level and enable to track everything on the go... Other than that, it is truly one-of-a kind tool that with no doubt will help to make your work more efficient!
