What kind of pricing structure does ConnectIt have? Is there a minimum contract we need to sign?

There's a one-off license fee with optional annual subscriptions for software assurance (or UMP - Update & Maintenance Plan as you might see it termed) and support.

Yes. All of the ConnectIt products are great time-savers and frequently perform what would be mundane manual tasks in a few seconds compared to minutes or even hours doing it manually. Whether your business is a start-up or longer established, the time-saving (and so cost-saving) allows you to focus on more productive tasks. (more)

Do we get future versions of the software, or do upgrades cost extra?

We have what's called our "UMP" (Update & Maintenance Plan) or what you might call "software assurance". This is an optional annual subscription at 20% of the license cost to get future versions of the software. The subscription is annual and optional; if you choose not to subscribe and find that you need to upgrade in the future, then you can re-subscribe at any time but the 20% increments over time if you let the subscription expire.
