Yes, Training is available for Concourse. However most customers find the program so user-friendly, along with the Help Guides in the program, that they don't need training. And Technical Support is available toll-free or via email. (more)

1-year Customer Service Agreement (CSA) is included with the initial purchase price of the system. CSA includes toll-free phone and email support, along with software updates. Afterwards, the annual renewal amount for CSA is dependent the options purchased.
