This software is neither a cloud application nor a web based platform but deployed through installation on both the Windows and Mac OS. I didn’t like the fact that they operate only at business hours rather than 24 hours service unlike most of its competitors. I have always preferred cloud and web based deployments but this is somewhat a restricted solution since it is inly installed on two OS. I think is should be more flexible with platform integration.

The amazing thing about the ConceptDraw is probably its value proposition which is the integrated live object technology. However, I had made adequate use of its checklist features like the process capture /analysis, collaboration and data mapping to enable me have consistent results in a couple of projects. If you seek top notch diagrams for either updating documents or live meetings, the ConceptDraw will do you a lot of good. It is a very easy to use platform.
