Though the platform looks simple, the employees are still having a hard time on the features on the webpage. I also observed that the signing up on the software takes a while but when you are already on the platform, I have not yet encounter any lagging issues on the system.

Overall, I suggest that they can still improve the platform of the software to be more user friendly for an easy to use navigation. With this, employees can also be engage to try and learn the features themselves. Though, I will still recommend this software to users who might want to improve the business that they have.
