I think the only part where Clicktools lacks, is custom reporting and analytics. Compared to other survey programs that I have ever tried, Clicktools is not the most advanced when it comes to giving insights to client behavior and actions. However, I can say the user-friendly interface makes it up ten times so it is not something that would ruin the experience of using this program.
