Our workflow has improved. We created a huge database for all our docs which is super effective and convenient. It is a good solution for a team of technical writers. I really enjoy working when everything is structured and in order.

Hm…..I guess, right now I do not see any

1. In my company, we create piles of documents. In the majority of cases, it presupposes collaborative work and it has always been a real mess. God, which version was the last? Where are the corrections? Who made them? With ClickHelp it is different. The document workflow is perfect and precise. Everything we have is under control. Finally. 2. As we are a big team we have to be very careful with everything we do. We limit access to documentation. We limit the functions of each user as we care who can publish the document, who can update the content, who can read it. No more mess in our documents. 3. It is easy to customize the table of content. We all know that there are different categories of end-users. Some of them need more information than others. In this tool, we use special conditions to omit or include specific topics for specific readers. 4. That was easy to transfer all our documents to ClickHelp. All our documents were in different formats. Something was created long ago, something has just been created. Some projects were quite specific and required specific formats as well. Many factors, you know. Now, all of the files are in one database.
