What was the best part about using ClickHelp?

The interface when I'm working with actual content is very simple.Customer service and support is great. They're friendly and responsive. And even when a problem is resolved, the team gets back to me to follow up on the solution and make sure it's still working.

What would you change about your experience with ClickHelp?

While the interface is great when working directly with topics, it is true that out of the box, if you're not using one of the available templates, a certain degree of knowledge of css and html can be beneficial. So long as someone's not going into ClickHelp thinking it's as simple as MS Word, this isn't an issue. The end results of what ClickHelp is able to do requires some crucial setup in the initial phases to ensure that the output is what you want your end users to see. Now that I'm on the homestretch of my learning curve and using ClickHelp to author and publish, it's actually a very fun part of the work I'm doing.

Overall Feedback

Amount of functionality and customizability is fantastic. I wanted to get right into the "create my guide" mode, but how my organization will use ClickHelp required many hours of thinking, tinkering, and seeing how various projects would publish out to online and how I was going to set that up for the end user. Having all of the settings and ability to mod look and function, etc., has been great. From my first communications with the representative before purchasing (and then the many many questions I asked that were all responded to within a day or so) to my interaction with the help team, it's been fantastic.
