Citizenserve Code Enforcement

Citizenserve is user friendly and works well. They communicate quickly and solve what little problems that arrive fast. For a smaller agency with limited resources it is quite affordable. There has been less than 10 minutes of downtime in the past 3 years. The program is quick to learn and easy to use. You can have reports on virtually anything you can imagine. Has a nice online component that allows citizens to report violations. Citizenserve saves hours and hours in paperwork if you are not currently using a dedicated system or an antiquated one. Is accessible from any on line device. I have used laptops, tablets and phones. It works. Have an issue? Need help? Want to ad something (new code, notice, report, etc) a simple email and they have it done usually within the hour.

Getting your IT/GIS department to figure out the information needed to be submitted to CitizenServe for the GIS features in the program. I think it could be even more streamlined than it currently is, but in its current configuration it works fine.

I've looked at and used several programs over the past 15 years. Citizenserve simply works and works well for Code Enforcement case management. I encourage you to have them demo the program for you. Set up is really quick. Both times I introduced Citizenserve to a new agency we were up and running with in a few weeks or less.
