Cision PR Edition

I hope this doesn't sound so rude but this software did not help, at all. I'm trying to look at what I could consider as good, if not the best feature of the software but couldn't think of any. But for the sake of fairness, let me say that the monthly reports for new coverage is actually just within my expectations, so it's good as it is.

I am an emotional customer and base majority of my feedback on a software's customer service and how the team behind it made me feel. I did not get the help I wanted with Cision's team, such a shame. I contacted them for a help while I was testing their product and did not get the support I needed.

Try it for yourself. As for me, this isn't what I wanted. Also, unless the company improves its service, I will always choose spending sometime testing other PR software than settling down with this. I hope Cision takes feedback constructively - would love to see how they progress in the next few months.
