Next astonishing thing is contact resources which they provide won't be available anywhere and its a huge list.

I do get disturbed with their email list since I could see bounced emails whenever I send out the press releases. And also with their platform I regularly use their customer support and tutorials to learn things since its confusing in using their platform. They need to make it simple and much more elegant.

For understanding in utilizing their platform and project groups, we need their customer support & tutorials. Overall they have the strength to support the business but its difficult to utilize personally unless they'll help us.
