There were absolutely no benefits to working with this company. The services they promised were non-functional, their team lacked expertise and we were misled on what they claimed was proprietary methods and AI generation.

Avoid this company at all costs. Not only do they have a toxic work environment (revealed to us when we engaged with our account executive), they underpromise on virtually every service they offer.

Our experience with Cience was a disaster. Despite a hefty investment, their promised revolutionary outbound marketing efforts turned out to be smoke and mirrors. They sold us on "proprietary software" and seasoned BDRs, but reality fell short. They shifted to a disastrous custom-built tool without warning or proper testing, leaving us scrambling. Their "secret sauce" of intelligent targeting with data was mere generic cold calling, resulting in zero ROI and putting us in jeopardy with our board. When confronted, Cience's response was inadequate—an extended contract offered instead of addressing core issues. Their use of ChatGPT for content generation, disguised as proprietary AI, added insult to injury. Hours spent creating playbooks were disregarded as Cience opted for AI-generated messages. A toxic work environment surfaced when our account executive broke down on the phone. In conclusion, Cience failed to deliver, wasting our time and resources. Avoid Cience at all costs.
