I can’t emphasize enough how useful the mobile-friendly platform actually can be! Managing our staff, especially urgent shift changes has never been easier – thanks to the messaging and management with HR, everybody on the team are constantly aware of any changes. Moreover, most daya is sent into the system from POS actually.

The main issue was the rather extensive learning curve as the staff had some trouble with getting accustomed to the tool so it will likely take some time for the whole staff to get used to the new system. Another thing they must learn to manage with is entering notes in order to explain the data on shifts.

Besides needing some training and a more experienced hand to lead the staff when transitioning to CheddrSuite, once everybody get a hang of it, it will be extremely useful and with no doubt – everybody will love it as they’ll always be updated to the shifts and any changes to it.
