What was the best part about using ChannelAdvisor?

ChannelAdvisor's technology is quite good and we surely wouldnt perform well in the market without the help of ChannelAdvisor. It is centralized, but flexible. Its ability to automatically integrate refunds, order pick ups, payments etc. is very valuable. Item Management is the only way to go when stream lining listings on numbers of marketplaces.

What would you change about your experience with ChannelAdvisor?

I must say, the Customer Support is quite not good. Once a ticket has been opened, you can expect answers like 'we need to consult this issue to our engineers' which sometimes take some days or even weeks. And it is quite frustrating. We can even get faster answers through forums rather than Customer Support.

ChannelAdvisor is an all in one package for retailers. This app helps retailers to communicate with their customers with ease and using world class technology and management expertise. It is best for streamlining selling in thrid party market places. It is a must have and has helped us increase our growth and volume.
