Bullhorn Staffing and Recruiting Software

With a couple of negative tricks up their sleeves, Bullhorn claims to provide a very useful system that's both functional and useful for just about any type of business. Well, I'm here to tell you that Bullhorn's Staffing and Recruitment software is something you should avoid in the long run, mostly because of the bad support you get, and some mysterious charges they force you to pay.

After checking in with some other past users of Bullhorn, I have to say that on one hand, everything worked fine, and even though I haven't used it much, I did notice that the support center is BAD. Just bad. A really great thing is that I haven't even stumbled across bugs that I could mention here, so that just leaves the support crew. Trust me, it takes forever to get an answer from them, the system often crashes, and that's pretty much why I would not recommend Bullhorn.

Honestly, Bullhorn offers quite a powerful piece of software that is useful not just in the HR department, but for overall applicant tracking as well! I saw what they have in offer, but although I haven't had the chance to test everything there is, the horrid support crew definitely changed my mind and simply forced me to rethink my decision. Please take caution...
