Hello. We are constantly upgrading Buddy Punch with new features, and these features are immediately available to your paid subscription. You will never have to upgrade the software if accessing us via a web browser, as you are always using the latest version. Pricing will depend on what plan you are paying for, as we are a month to month service. (more)

The only difference in plans are the number of active employees you can have. All plans include: GPS Coordinates, Web Cam Integration, IP & Time Stamping, 128-bit AES Security, iPhone and Android compatibility, 99.9% uptime and 24/7 monitoring, Time Card Approvals, Reports, Flexible Pay Periods, Manual Time Entry, and the QR Code Punch Option. You can sign up and use the system and all of the features for 30 days. There is no credit card required for the first 30 days. If you want to continue after 30 days just add in your credit card information. There are no terms or contracts, cancel any time. (more)

You can upgrade at any time and your payment will be prorated. (you can also downgrade at any time.) (more)

Nope. For $29 a month you get up to 9 active employees. If you have 5 employees, the price is still $29. If you have 15 employees you then move up to the next plan, and your price is $49 a month. (more)

Nope. There are no setup fees, termination fees, or hidden fees. (more)

We only count active employees. Employees that can punch in and punch out are considered active. (terminated employees or seasonal employees can stay in the system as inactive and they will not count against your total) (more)

Yes, we have smartphone apps you can use. You can also access Buddy Punch from a browser on a smartphone, we recommend using Chrome. Thank you. (more)
